At Little Guest, we rigorously select 4 and 5-star hotels suitable for family holidays. Your children’s well-being is our priority! All our hotels meet very strict quality standards and must offer a minimum number of facilities and services in order to join our collection.

Our partner hotels offer kids’ clubs, babysitting services, gourmet children’s menus and activities for all ages. They are also perfectly suited to the needs of parents, with world-renowned spas, gourmet and even Michelin-starred restaurants and facilities dedicated to relaxation.

Booking with Little Guest offers a number of advantages:

• We visit each hotel in the collection and regularly check the quality of service and facilities.
• We negotiate exclusive advantages with the hotels to offer you definite added value.
• Our Travel Designers will propose an offer tailored to your budget and your desires.
• Our team of Little Concierges can help you before, during and after your stay with reservations for children’s clubs, restaurants, transfers, etc.
• We do our utmost to make your stay as easy as possible in terms of safety (shuttle with baby seat, lifeguard by the pool, etc.), practicality (connecting room, pushchair loan, etc.) and entertainment (adapted activities, play areas, kids’ club, etc.).
• A parcel filled with gifts (cosmetics, colouring book, goodies, games, etc.) is sent to your home before departure.
• We offer you a Samsonite product (travel kit, backpack or Dream2Go suitcase) depending on the value of your stay.
• For each confirmed booking, Little Guest donates €2 to Kickcancer.

Our Little Concierges make up our concierge service. They are a team dedicated to organising your stay (exclusively for Little Guest families). Once your stay has been confirmed, a member of the team will get in touch with you and answer all your booking or information requests on the following subjects:

• Children’s clubs (baby-club, kids-club, etc.)
• Baby-sitting service
• Restaurant reservations, if required
• Transfers to and from the airport
• Various activities (sporting, cultural, etc.) available in the hotel or surrounding area.
• Miscellaneous requests (birthday party, bottle of champagne placed in the room on arrival, etc.).

No, except in exceptional circumstances (last-minute departures, special offers, etc.). Depending on your dates of stay and the hotel selected for your holiday, the amount of the deposit may vary. Your Travel Designer will inform you of the terms of payment and cancellation conditions before confirming your booking with you.

Your final invoice is the confirmation of your stay and therefore includes all the details of your booking. You will also find a summary of your past and future bookings in your customer area. If you have any requests for changes (dates, number of participants, type of room, destination, etc.), please do not hesitate to contact Travel Designer.

Little Guest does not systematically offer air tickets + hotel packages. However, our Travel Designers work with an exclusive partner who enables them to benefit from very advantageous rates. Little Guest can book your flight tickets for you when you book your holiday. You’ll receive all your travel documents in one place, so you can take off on your family holiday with peace of mind!

We accept payment by Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, e-carte Bleue, American Express and bank card. You pay for your stay via a secure payment link sent to you by e-mail. You will be notified immediately that your payment has been received. If you wish, you can also make a bank transfer: our bank details are shown at the bottom of your quote/invoice.

You can pay for your holiday in the currency of your choice. All you have to do is tell our Travel Designers what you want when you apply, so that they can adapt your holiday offer to suit your currency. Please note that the invoice is converted into € on our side and that the exchange rate is constantly changing (positively or negatively).
